One of the very first restaurants I visited during this trip was Pietra Viva — and honestly, it became one of the moments I will remember most from Matera.
I went there for dinner, and the atmosphere felt absolutely perfect: romantic, elegant, but still simple and authentic at the same time. Exactly the kind of place that lets Matera speak for itself without trying too hard.
