• High-quality butter

• Parmigiano Reggiano (optional)

• And of course… freshly shaved truffle or truffle preserved in oil

🍽️ Recipe: Tagliolini al Tartufo Nero (Tagliolini with Black Truffle)

Ingredients:

• Fresh tagliolini or tagliatelle

• Black truffle (fresh or preserved in oil)

• Good quality butter

• Parmigiano Reggiano (optional)

• A touch of garlic (just a whisper!)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.

2. Meanwhile, gently melt the butter in a pan with a little grated garlic (optional).

3. Add a touch of truffle — thinly sliced or spooned from a jar.

4. Toss the pasta with the sauce, adding a spoonful of cooking water to loosen.

5. Serve with a drizzle of truffle oil and a light snowfall of Parmigiano.

Tip: Less is more. Truffle doesn’t like to be overpowered — it wants to whisper, not shout.
